Biography

Dr. Leslie is a biogeochemist with 20 years of experience in environmental remediation at sites with organic, inorganic, and emerging contaminants. She completed an undergraduate degree in Geological Engineering at Queen's University and a PhD in biogeochemistry at the University of Kansas, which provided a background in mining and stable isotope geochemistry, microbiology, geology, and engineering. Her work leverages her interdisciplinary academic background in the high-resolution characterization, refinement, and development of conceptual site models in support of the design, optimization, and implementation of remedial strategies at contaminated sites.
