Biography

Stephen is a Vice President and Principal Engineer with over 25 years of academic and consulting experience in soil and groundwater remediation, environmental site investigation, engineering design, and research and development. He specializes in the application of innovative strategies to treat recalcitrant compounds in soil, groundwater, and surface water at a range of contaminated sites. Stephen has served as Principal Investigator on multiple DoD-sponsored research projects focusing on PFAS assessment and remediation, bioremediation and abiotic degradation of chlorinated solvents, and cometabolic biodegradation of 1,4-Dioxane.
