Biography

Ms. Bell is a Technical Expert and 1,4-Dioxane Lead for Arcadis who focuses on environmental investigation and remediation. Ms. Bell was an author of the 2019 Emerging Contaminants Handbook, which includes chapters on PFAS and 1,4-dioxane. She was also a member of the ITRC team that authored the 2021 1,4-Dioxane Technical Guidance Document.
