Biography
Mr. Lo is a project technical leader at CDM Smith, where he has worked for 20 years on wide-ranging types of remediation projects covering various contaminants and media at different points of project life cycle including bench-scale treatability studies, RI/FS, in-situ and ex-situ remedial design, and remedial action implementation and O&M. Mr. Lo has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a master's degree in environmental science.
