Biography

1) Jim is a hydrogeologist and statewide vapor intrusion technical expert for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, or WDNR. He is responsible for development and implementation of guidance for investigation, mitigation and stewardhship of the vapor intrusion pathway and provides technical support to 50 project managers in the Remediation and Redevelopment Program. 2) Jim has undergraduate and graduate degrees from UW Madison in geology and environmental studies and has worked at WDNR on investigation and cleanup of contaminated properties since 1984. Jim is a registered professional geologist in Wisconsin and New York.
