Biography

Mr. Palmer is a professional geologist and certified hydrogeologist in the State of California and Certified Environmental Manager in the State of Nevada. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's Degree in Geology and from San Diego State University with a Master's Degree in Hydrogeology. He has performed project coordination and project management for the last 20 years. He has almost 40 years of professional experience associated with the investigation, remediation and operation/maintenance of Superfund projects as wells as sediment cleanups. Mike retired from full time work at the end of 2025. Now that he is semi-retired, he is enjoying spending time with his wife, travel, fishing and visiting his children and grandchildren.
