Biography

Mr. John M. Trast, P.E., D.GE, M. ASCE Mr. Trast is a Vice President and Senior Waste Management Leader at GEI Consultants, Inc. He has over 30 years of professional experience specializing in geotechnical engineering, environmental dredging, solid waste management, and geosynthetics. His extensive experience includes permitting, design, construction and closure of environmental dredging project and industrial landfills. He is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison having earned both BS and MS degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a licensed professional engineer in 19 states.
