Biography
Dr. Silva is a contaminant hydrologist with over 25 years experience in environmental consulting and research. He is the owner of Arclight Research and Consulting, LLC and is currently the principal investigator on two SERDP-funded PFAS projects evaluating PFAS transport in the vadose zone. He is also PI on an AFCEC-funded research project in Wyoming to evaluate a modified version of HYDRUS for simulating PFAS trasnport at the field-scale. This field project is the subject of his presentation today.
