She has been consulting on NAPL sites for over 20 years, including characterization and development of management strategies, with a focus on sustainable risk-based solutions. Joann has been involved in the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC) since 2016, assisting with technical guidance preparation and training.
