Joann Dyson is an Environmental Specialist with GHD based in Durham, North Carolina. She has been consulting on NAPL sites for over 20 years, including characterization and development of management strategies, with a focus on sustainable risk-based solutions. Joann has been involved in the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC) since 2016, assisting with technical guidance preparation and training.
