Dr. Brian Pinkard is the CTO and Co-Founder of Aquagga, the commercial developer of the hydrothermal alkaline treatment (HALT) PFAS destruction technology. Dr. Pinkard is widely published in the field of hydrothermal processing, and he holds an affiliate faculty appointment in the University of Washington Mechanical Engineering Department.
