Biography

Dr. Julio Zimbron is the founder and president of E-Flux, a company specialized on environmental measurements related to groundwater NAPL contamination sources. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from Colorado State University. Dr. Zimbron’s experience includes environmental consulting, industrial research and development, and academic research. His work in the areas of natural source zone depletion (NSZD) measurement and NAPL distribution and mitigation includes multiple patents, technical papers, guidance documents, conferences and workshops.
