Julie Konzuk is currently a Senior Principal at Geosyntec Consultants. She provides strategic advice on remedial strategies, design and implementation of remedial programs, and litigation support and testimony. She holds a Bachelors and PhD in Civil Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
