Biography

Rebecca is the new Upper Midwest Remediation Growth Leader with AECOM. She is working across various market sectors to support clients facing diverse and expansive PFAS challenges. As a former consultant and long-time state environmental regulator, she brings unique perspectives to the dynamic interface of evolving regulations, technology advancements and remediation management strategies. Rebecca most recently oversaw the technical aspects of investigation and remediation approaches under the historic consent orders and 2018 3M Settlement with the state of Minnesota. With nearly 3 decades of experience, she draws on pragmatic approaches to lead sophisticated teams in evaluating the surging science of PFAS remediation to benefit humankind. Rebecca is the former Co-Chair of ITRC and current President of the Minnesota Ground Water Association.
