Biography

Paul is a Project Manager and Engineer with 25 years’ experience in planning, design, construction, and startup of water/wastewater treatment systems. As the product manager for ECT2’s FOAM-X foam fractionation product line, Paul leads our team of engineers, scientists and operators in the development of industry leading foam fractionation technology. Paul works closely with our staff at the FOAM-X demonstration facility co-located at the Anson-Madison Sanitary District, where our systems are tested and optimized to treat a wide range of wastewater including landfill leachates from across the country. Paul has two degrees from Cornell University: BS Mechanical Engineering (1995) and MS Environmental Engineering (1997).
