Biography

Gordon is a geologist by way of the University of Tennessee. He studied mid-crustal Paleoproterozoic structures in graduate school and has been a geologist with EnSafe for 10 years working on the investigation and remediation of contamination in groundwater. He has had a chance to dabble in statistics, hydrostratigraphy, and groundwater flow modeling. He relocated from Long Island, NY to Knoxville, TN and more recently to the Florida panhandle. Throughout his career, he seems to study shallower portions of the Earth with every step - he's worked his way from the mid-crust to 1,000-foot deep aquifers to shallow aquifers 5-40-feet below the surface. What's next, surface water?
