Biography
Tom holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport. He is currently a Principal Engineer at Roux Associates and in December 2025 he celebrated his 30th anniversary with the firm. In this role, he oversees multiple remediation projects with annual budgets ranging from $100,000 to $2 million and leads Roux’s air emissions and regulatory compliance practices. Before joining Roux, Tom served as a Senior Project Manager at A.C. Schultes, Inc., where he led the construction and maintenance of large-scale remediation systems, water treatment plants, and public and industrial water supply and wastewater systems.
