Biography

Zohre Eshghdoostkhatami is a Ph.D. researcher in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Michigan State University with interdisciplinary experience spanning bioremediation, water resources, and environmental systems. Her current work focuses on microbial approaches for remediation of groundwater contaminants, with several years of research experience in bioremediation and environmental treatment technologies. She also has expertise in hydrology, water quality modeling, groundwater fate and transport, and environmental data analysis. Supported by a background in Water Resources Management and Civil Engineering, she combines microbiological and environmental sciences with a broader understanding of civil and infrastructure systems.
