Biography

Dr. Allan Horneman is a hydrogeologist in Arcadis’ Portland, Maine, office. He has 18 years of consulting experience, and he has been with Arcadis for more than 10 years. He is Arcadis’ North America PFAS leader for the commercial/Industrial client sectors and works closely with Arcadis’ global account leaders and solutions teams to support our clients across all geographies. Allan is an integral part of Arcadis’ global Community of Practice network that drives novel solutions for complex sites, and he is the technical leader for PFAS driven industrial, federal, and municipal projects across North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
