Biography

Phil Wiescher holds a PhD in biology and has 20 years of experience in environmental consulting and scientific research. He manages and provides technical and strategic support for sites throughout the Pacific Northwest. His expertise includes in-water and upland site characterization, contaminant source control and fate and transport evaluations, remedy feasibility and effectiveness evaluations, ecological and human health risk assessment, chemical forensics, litigation support, and brownfield redevelopment.
