Biography

Ryan Manning is an environmental scientist with experience managing and performing environmental site assessments and remediation focusing on a variety of contaminants including petroleum hydrocarbons and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Ryan is familiar with working under oversight agencies including Regional Water Quality Control Boards (RWQCB) and California Department of Toxic Substances (DTSC). He has provided environmental permitting, fieldwork execution, safety oversight, and reporting for various clients including major oil companies, independent property owners, industrial companies, and government agencies.
