Clean Cities, Blue Ocean
Lori Scozzafava is the Director of Capacity Development and Governance for USAID’s Clean Cities, Blue Ocean program. She has had a long career in the recycling and solid waste industry; working for State and local governments, non-profits and the private sector – including as Deputy Director for the Solid Waste Association of North America. Throughout her career, however, she has always been a leader and advocate for sharing information that will improve, revitalize, and reform solid waste management systems to be economically and environmentally sustainable. Lori has an MBA and a degree in Environmental Science. In her current position she brings her expertise to building capacity and good governance for 3R/SWM systems in the developing world.
