Biography

Matthew Bizer is a PhD candidate in civil & environmental engineering at the University of Connecticut, researching how wastewater systems can become more resilient to climate change. He works closely with the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management's Office of Water Resources to understand the intersecting factors from the state, local, and operational levels that produce the best pathways to climate adaptation and resilience.
