Current Employer: Tetra Tech Current Position: Principal Geochemist Education: PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Dr. AmyMarie Accardi-Dey is an environmental engineer, who is also experienced in geochemistry and analytical chemistry. She specializes in contaminated sediments in waterways and estuaries. She is a subject matter expert in the fate and transport of contaminants in sediment and surface water. She is experienced in developing conceptual site models, conducting remedial investigations, evaluating remedial alternatives for a feasibility study, conducting treatability studies, and reviewing remedial designs. Dr. Accardi-Dey is also skilled in leading sediment and surface water field programs and implementing new analytical methods/field technologies.
