Biography

Mr. Capone is currently a Senior Project Manager/Associate for The Mannik & Smith Group in Lansing, Michigan. He has supported the U.S. EPA at various spill response and cleanup sites during the past 35 years. Mr. Capone has extensive experience in sediment characterization and remediation projects and has supported EPA on several large contaminated sediment dredging and dam removal projects along the Kalamazoo River in Michigan.
