Biography
Terri Blackmar, PE, is a Vice President with Tetra Tech who has led the design of sediment remediation projects that range in size from small ponds to large, multi-year projects, and also designed landfills and site closures throughout the central, southern, and eastern U.S. She has a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Minnesota and over 35 years of design experience.
