Biography

Dr. Sylian Rodriguez is a Senior Managing Engineer at Anchor QEA. She has 21 years of consulting experience in sediment and upland remediation, conducting projects in the Pacific Northwest and Canada. She has worked extensively in all phases of cleanup, from remedial investigations (RIs), feasibility studies (FSs), to remedial design (RD). She specializes in technical documentation and data interpretation/analysis to evaluate and implement remedial strategy into design through the development of construction specification and drawing packages, cost estimating, value engineering/ constructability evaluations, construction monitoring, and adaptive management of projects. She has a BS in civil engineering from the Colombian University of Engineering, and MS and PhD in environmental engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
