Palash Sanyal, a Certified Board Director, teaches at the University of Saskatchewan’s School of Environment and Sustainability, where he excels in connecting academic research with practical solutions, focusing on climate change adaptation, mitigation, and the nuances of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in education. His rich educational background, with master’s degrees in engineering, development economics, and water security, equips him to tackle complex environmental challenges. He contributes his expertise in sustainability, governance, and finance across multiple boards, including Supply Chain Canada, Trans Canada Trail, and Royal College International among others. He is also the founder of Governing Water Inc., a platform dedicated to water governance training and research, globally.
