Biography

Nuzhat Fatema, currently pursuing her PhD in Geography at Rutgers University in New Jersey, serves as a full-time faculty in the Development Studies Department at Khulna University, Bangladesh. She holds a Master's degree in Development Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Policy Studies from Murdoch University, Australia. Additionally, she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Disaster Management from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET). Her research interests encompass climate adaptation, disaster management, science communication, nature-based solutions, local knowledge, and sustainable development.
