He completed his PhD from Concordia University in Montreal focusing on infrastructure management. As GHD's Team Lead, Dr. Kaddoura's work spans multiple continents, from North America to Australia and the Middle East. His advanced proficiency in asset management strategies, lifecycle analysis, risk management, and financial modeling, combined with his groundbreaking work in leveraging Artificial Intelligence for infrastructure, particularly AECOM's AI-driven PipeInsights solution, positions him at the forefront of the fusion between traditional infrastructure management and emerging AI technologies for resilient infrastructure. His adeptness in employing various assessment methods, from acoustic to CCTV technologies, makes him an expert in infrastructure evaluation. Dr. Kaddoura's extensive research background, evidenced by his numerous publications and his role with ASCE and WRF, amplifies his commitment to advancing the field.
