Biography

John Rice, Technical Director and Senior Hydrologist with TRC, He is a professional engineer and hydrologist with over 40 years of experience. John leads TRC's sediment CORE team and has been a leader in the development of new conceptual models to evaluate the migration of liquid coal tar and of recalcitrant organics in sediments.
