Biography

David is the Director of the Environment and Clean Energy portfolio at Pact, where he has served for 8 years. He is a seasoned environment and natural resource management practitioner with over 16 years of experience, from Malawi, Ghana, Madagascar, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe, to Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Mexico, and Peru. He has worked and consulted for the likes of the World Bank, WWF, Conservation International, Winrock International, USAID/Ghana, SGS Environment, Development Alternatives Inc., and McKinsey Social Initiative. David holds an MSc in Water Management from Cranfield University’s Institute for Water and Environment and a BSc in Ecology with a focus on Wildlife and Fisheries Management from the University of Edinburgh. Presently he lives in Oslo, Norway with his wife and two children, perfecting his drone photography skills.
