Biography

Ikechukwu is an international attorney with over 16 years of practical experience in commercial dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, management consultancy, and investment advisory. A Program Manager and Consultant at the New Jersey Institute of Technology I-Corps as well as a volunteer Pod/Industry Mentor for Tech Cohorts, he is an enlisted Arbitrator of the Federal High Court of Nigeria Alternative Dispute Resolution Center and the Founder/Managing Partner of a boutique corporate and commercial law firm in Abuja FCT Nigeria. Recently graduating from Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business with an MBA in Effective Leadership, he also holds a Masters Degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, Manchester; an MBA in Finance & Investment from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, LLB (Hons), a Bachelor of Law degree from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, a Juris Doctor Certificate from the Nigeria Law School, a Certificate in Public Policy Economics from the University of Oxford and a Specialist Certificate in Regulatory Compliance from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Nigeria (ICSAN), and Member of the International Bar Association, the Nigeria Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Black MBA Association, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB) Nigeria and the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (APNM) Nigeria. He has consulted for power utility and distribution entities, real estate and hospitality businesses, financial institutions and early-stage enterprises.
