Biography

Joe Hickey is the In Situ Remediation Program Manager at Brown and Caldwell with nearly twenty years of experience designing, implementing, and delivering complex environmental solutions. After over a decade of batching chemicals, troubleshooting pumps, and wrangling hoses in the field, he now manages and executes Brown and Caldwell's diverse design-build remediation portfolio.
