Biography
Scott Pittenger is about 25 years into gaining multiple perspectives within the environmental remediation industry. Scott worked for fifteen years as environmental consultant for AECOM, Earth Tech, and other smaller firms. His most exciting responsibilities while consulting included building and managing an in-house treatability studies laboratory and supporting projects internationally in a technical advisory leadership role. Scott migrated to the client side in his next role as an environmental remediation manager at Norfolk Southern, with management responsibility for a portion of the corporations' environmental remediation liabilities and general environmental risk management support for 8 years. Scott joined the in-situ remediation services firm ISOTEC in late 2020 to support their technical design and strategy goals and manage remediation programs across the U.S. with focus on the southeast in-situ remediation market.
