Biography
Joe Quinnan is a Senior Vice President with Arcadis in Novi, Michigan. He has more than 34 years professional experience in environmental consulting and is co-author of the book Remediation Hydraulics (CRC Press, 2008). He is the technical lead for Arcadis’ PFAS programs for the DoD and North American Director of Emerging Contaminants. Joe is currently leading ESTCP projects evaluating PFAS vadose zone source behavior, site characterization, groundwater and stormwater treatment, and soil washing. He's directing more than 50 PFAS RIs for the DoD as well as more than 10 PFAS interim actions. Joe has a master’s and bachelor’s degree in geological engineering from Michigan Technological University.
