Biography

Toni Mehraban is a Senior Project Manager and Environmental Engineer at Brice Engineering, LLC with over 23 years of public and private sector environmental experience consisting of management of large VOC, PFAS, and munitions site assessments, investigations, and due diligence projects; planning, design, implementation, O&M, and optimization of deep soil and groundwater remediation systems, in situ treatment technologies, and dig and haul remedial actions; PFAS treatment technology treatability and field pilot studies; life cycle cost analysis; regulatory compliance; and interested party coordination and community involvement. Ms. Mehraban obtained her BS and MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah and is a Professional Engineer in six states.
