Biography

Edward Winner, Ph.D., is Vice President of Remediation Products Incorporated, where he works on advanced groundwater remediation technologies. He previously served in leadership roles with the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Division of Waste Management, including Assistant Director and manager of the Underground Storage Tank Program. Dr. Winner holds a Ph.D. from the University of Louisville and completed postdoctoral research at the Lions Eye Research Center.
