Biography

Position: Supervising Scientist. Scope of work: Karnam has over 25 years of environmental experience in implementing several in-situ and ex-situ remediation technologies. His experience is in soil and groundwater remediation, in situ biotreatment, natural attenuation, subsurface microbiology, in situ biogeochemical transformations, in situ chemical oxidation and reduction, emerging contaminants, industrial water treatment technical support, pilot studies support, and environmental forensics applications. Education: Ph.D. in Soil Science and Microbiology from Central Rice Research Institute in Cuttack, India. Post-doctoral research associate in the Department of Botany and Microbiology at University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK.
