Biography
SENIOR ENGINEER Josh has more than 20 years of experience providing engineering services and project management. His work includes environmental investigations, remedial designs, and construction for a wide variety of upland and in-water projects throughout the United States. His experience includes projects involving contaminated sediment, soil, soil vapor, groundwater, and surface water. He has a full range of project engagement beginning with remedial investigations through designing and managing the implementation and construction of remedies for both public and private sector clients and post-construction long-term monitoring. While working in the remediation construction industry, Josh provided hands-on oversight and construction management for sediment remediation projects, upland cleanups and demolition projects with regulated and recoverable waste streams. Areas of expertise includes in situ chemical and biological treatment, environmental dredging, ecological restoration, heavy demolition, and clean construction.
