Biography

Sam Yoon is a senior environmental engineer and technical subject matter expert and a regulatory/policy expert at Noblis providing technical expertise in environmental restoration from site characterization, remedy selection, remedy optimization, site management. Noblis is an independent, non-profit organization with a proud tradition of serving federal clients objectively and with the highest caliber of scientific and technical excellence. He currently focuses on technical expertise on PFAS site management and impacts at U.S. government facilities across the United States. As a policy specialist, he provides technical guidance in NEPA implementation and policy development for a U.S. Federal government.
