Biography

1) Partner at Windward Environmental LLC Ms. Parker is a project manager and environmental scientist, specializing in remedial investigations/feasibility studies, site assessments, risk assessments, and natural resource damage assessments for contaminated sediment sites. She has been involved in a variety of projects ranging in scope from small-scale to large, complex Superfund sites governed by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). She has also provided technical and forensic support for litigation cases involving claims about the health and ecological function of riverine and marine environments. 2) M.S. - University of Maine
