Biography

Ben O’Neil is a Project Manager and Engineer with the USEPA’s Great Lakes National Program Office’s Remediation and Restoration Section. He’s been with the EPA since 2023, prior to that he spent 14-years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Ben holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University, and he’s a registered Professional Engineer with the State of Illinois.
