Biography

Mike Ciarlo is an environmental scientist and project manager with EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC. He has 30 years experience in investigation, assessment, and remediation of sediments and aquatic systems. His education includes a B.S. from Duke University and and Masters of Environmental Science from Johns Hopkins University.
