Biography

Julia Fitts is a Principal Scientist at Anchor QEA and is leading pre-design investigations for the Port of Portland's Terminal 4 cleanup site. Ms. Fitts has over 15 years of experience in the assessment and remediation of upland and sediment cleanup sites throughout the Pacific Northwest.
