Ms. Pettygrove is an Environmental Engineer at Tetra Tech providing support for a variety of projects for the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment and various commercial clients. She specializes in sediment remediation and stormwater management and compliance. Ms. Pettygrove has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Montana State University.
