Biography

1) Senior Environmental Scientist. Subject matter expert on large contaminated sediment sites, and in environmental litigation support. I work on Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) environmental arbitration/litigation projects for various state, federal, international, and private clients. His clients include the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), United States Department of Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), The Republic of Ecuador (ROE), New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP), New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYCDDC), and California Office of Emergency Services (CalOES). 2) Master of Science is Sustainability Science from Columbia University. I also provide technical support and leadership on sustainability projects as an advisory/subject matter expert on supply-chain risk assessment, responsible sourcing, ESG performance evaluation, and as a direct client resource. I participate in Sustainability Working Groups as a technical group member providing expertise on the nature of sustainability in select industries. My input helps guide the refinement of International Sustainability Standard development.
