Biography

Mark Seaman, P. Eng. – Founding Partner / Director Major Projects Mark is a founding partner of Milestone Environmental Contracting Inc and currently directs the execution of our Major Projects. A Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in specialized environmental remediation and contracting, Mark has been involved in some of the most complex and impactful soil, water and sediment remediation projects undertaken in Canada. The projects that Mark has directed to completion have involved sediment dredging and capping, large scale excavation and shoring, shallow and deep groundwater cut-off or reactive wall installations, and numerous approaches to on-site remediation including chemical, biological and thermal treatment.
