Biography

Ms. Lauren Idleman is a Project Geologist in the Environmental Restoration Group at Oneida ESC. She has over a decade of experience supporting and leading environmental investigations for private and federal clients. Since joining Oneida ESC group, she has focused on emerging contaminants, particularly installation-scale PFAS remedial investigations and application/integration of forensic techniques and other novel methods to support PFAS characterization and delineation. Lauren is skilled at developing complex conceptual site models to support understanding of the fate and transport of environmental contaminants at sites with intricate geology and hydrogeology. Lauren earned her bachelors in geology from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY and a masters in geology (structural geology and tectonics) from the University of Minnesota.
