Biography

Sylvia is an Engineer in Woodard & Curran’s Middletown, CT office and the current Vice President of the Sustainable Remediation Forum. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Connecticut in 2022. During her undergraduate studies, Sylvia worked at a start-up company developing a photocatalytic reactor to destroy PFAS compounds. Her passion for the environment led her to Woodard & Curran, where she supports a range of remediation projects with a focus on database management, automation, ArcGIS mapping, and 3D modeling.
