Biography

Graduate Research Assistant and PhD Candidate at the University of Oklahoma Center for Restoration of Ecosystems and Watersheds in the School of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science. His primary fields of research are applied microbiology and biogeochemistry with a focus on microbial communities and adaptions involved in the passive treatment of mine drainage at legacy hard rock mining sites. His previous research and professional experience includes phytoremediation of coal combustion residues, regenerative agriculture, compost management and applications of fungi in land management.
